Our History

Burtin & Associates is a WBE/MBE owned and operated company.  Founded in 1985 as Burtin’s Building Services, Inc., we offered customized janitorial and maintenance services for commercial and industrial businesses in the greater Kansas City Metropolitan area.

In 2004, Burtin & Associates was incorporated as a complete facility maintenance management and consulting company.  At that time, we also expanded our services to include lawn care, snow removal, light repairs and management of supplies.

Burtin & Associates is licensed and insured.  Our customers include health care facilities, schools, high-rise offices, government entities, child care facilities, and more!

 A Word from the Owner

Our managerial structure provides our customers with the timely, reliable, quality services they deserve.  The President is responsible for the overall management of corporate operations and maintains a hands-on role.  In cooperation with the Operations Manager and on-site supervisor, this management team performs all the tasks conducive to service excellence and conducts regular status meetings to facilitate the knowledge-based provision of quality first.
